musfiqrfarhan.blog is the official website of Musfiq R. Farhan. Enquiries about this policy can be sent to farhanvengers.contact@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Information you submit publicly. When you leave a rating or a love note you provide a display name, your message, and optionally a city and a link to a profile photo. That information is intended for publication on this site once it has been approved.
- Information you submit privately. The Chithi page is different: a letter sent through it is never published. It asks for your name, your email address, your district and, if you choose to give it, your WhatsApp number and upazila, together with your message and the time it was sent. This is stored so that Musfiq R. Farhan can read your letter and reply to you. It is visible only to him, in the private dashboard, and is not shown anywhere on the site, not included in the site's data exports, and not shared with advertising or analytics partners.
- Technical information. Our hosting and content-delivery providers record standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request, in order to serve pages and to protect the site from abuse.
- Local storage. Your browser stores which love notes you have already hearted, so the button does not offer the same note twice. That value never leaves your device.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal information through the rating or love-note forms. The Chithi form asks for your district and upazila only — please do not send your full home address.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count how many people read each page and which pages they arrive from. It records the page you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. It does not record your name, your email address or anything you type, and the reading count shown under a post is simply that page’s total.
Google sets cookies to tell one visit from another. You can block them in your browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site will work exactly as before.
Cookies and advertising
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Embedded content
Video pages may embed players from YouTube, Facebook or Vimeo. Those players only load after you press play. Once loaded, the provider may set its own cookies and receives your IP address; their own privacy policies then apply. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
How we use what we collect
Submitted names and messages are published on the site after moderation. A letter sent through the Chithi page is used for one thing only — so that Musfiq R. Farhan can read it and, if you left contact details, answer you; it is never published and never used for marketing. Technical data is used for security, troubleshooting and understanding which pages are popular. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and removal
Published ratings and love notes remain on the site until they are removed. If you want your note or rating taken down, email farhanvengers.contact@gmail.com with the name you used and the approximate date, and it will be deleted.
A private letter sent through the Chithi page is kept so it can be read and answered, and deleted on request. Email farhanvengers.contact@gmail.com from the address you wrote from, and the letter and the contact details that came with it will be removed.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and it will be removed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Send such requests to the contact address above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
